Maintenance Technician- Screen Print Equipment
Location: Zanesville, OH
Schedule: Full-Time, M-TH 3:30pm-1:30am (one week per month 11am-7:00pm M-F)
Starting Pay range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

As part of our hive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our machines stay sharp, steady, and ready to produce high-quality decorated apparel.

Your Role in the Hive: What You’ll Do

• Perform Preventive Maintenance: Complete routine inspections and adjustments on screen-print presses, conveyor dryers, exposure units, air compressors, and other shop machinery.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Install & Set Up Equipment: Assist with installation, movement, and setup of new or upgraded machinery.
• Document Work: Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance completed, and future recommendations.
• Ensure Safety: Follow all safety procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the Hive: Work closely with production leads and management to identify issues early and plan repairs.
• Manage Parts Inventory: Track spare parts and communicate needs for replenishment.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Experience in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing maintenance (screen-printing equipment experience is a major plus).
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems; basic electrical and pneumatic knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs. and work safely around machinery.
