Crossroads Community Planning was established with the intent to deliver services at the crossroads of Planning, Zoning & Community Development with Economic Development. The company's owner spent the majority of her career in regional planning and I spent the majority of my career in economic development and real estate development.

With our complimentary expertise, we specialize in working with communities facing development pressures and annexation threats to establish plans and tools to help communities protect their autonomy through ever evolving conditions. We offer consulting services for comprehensive plans, zoning codes, land use planning, utility planning, as well as full service planning, zoning, and economic development support.
