The Cooperative serves over 16,500 member owners in Guernsey, Muskingum, Tuscarawas, Morgan, Noble, Harrison, Coshocton, Licking and Perry counties. Guernsey-Muskingum Electric Cooperative, Inc. is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors, who are elected by the membership at the cooperative's annual meeting. The Cooperative's scheduled Annual Meeting is in March or April of each year at the East Muskingum Larry W. Miller Intermediate School, New Concord, Ohio.
