Abbot Senior Living is open for admission to ladies and gentlemen who desire to lead an active independent lifestyle, and who are generally in good mental and physical condition. Residents should be of temperate manner, good character and reputation, and willing to live cooperatively and respectfully with others. Residents must be able to financially cover their entire rental obligations. Anyone interested in living at Abbot Senior Living must: •be 56+ years of age •apply in person and meet with our Director •provide physician's approval to live independently •pass a criminal background check Abbot Senior Living is easy to experience.Leases are for 30 days with automatic renewal. There is a $125 move-in fee. Admission is open to any person regardless of race, national origin, sex or religion. Choice of studio or one-bedroom apartments. Three home-cooked meals served daily We cook the meals and serve you in our beautiful dining room. Evening snack provided daily for your enjoyment. Housekeeping Services We clean your apartment regularly, empty trash, and refresh towels daily. Laundry Services We launder your clothes twice a week 24-Hour Emergency Assistance Transportation to local physician appointments Regular activities, including BINGO, movies and Bible study.
