About
The Muskingum County Library System (MCLS) has six locations that serve the entire county of Muskingum. The main library is the John McIntire Library in downtown Zanesville. Branch libraries are located in Dresden, Duncan Falls/Philo, New Concord, Roseville, and South Zanesville. At each library, you’ll find books, movies, free Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. The library offers storytimes, job help, fun events, and digital services like ebooks and audiobooks. Free meeting rooms are available at the John McIntire Library, Dresden Branch Library, Duncan Falls/Philo Branch Library, and the New Concord Branch Library. They can be used for study groups, events, or business meetings. The library is open to all.
