What You’ll Do
As a Billing Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of our administrative team by ensuring accurate and timely billing. In this role, you will:

• Prepare itemized bills, invoices, and all related billing documents
• Calculate credit terms, shipping charges, and discounts
• Verify billing data and correct errors as needed
• Record amounts due for products and services
• Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy
• Assist the Front Desk team when needed, including operating an 8-line phone system
• Utilize strong computer, typing, and math skills daily
• Maintain dependable, professional attendance and work habits

• Experience in a professional billing, or related role
• Strong math and data-entry skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Reliable and consistent work history
• Education or hands-on experience relevant to billing or office administration
