Open Positions 

Screen Printing Team 

• Learn the full screen printing process
• Advance from quality roles to press operation
• Receive raises with each advancement
• Available on 1st and 2nd shifts

Machine Operators 

• Operate embroidery machines
• Work independently at a fast pace
• Earn $10–$70 daily production bonus
• Available on 1st, 2nd and weekend shifts

Heat Transfer Technician 

• Use heat press machines to apply designs
• Measure accurately and maintain consistency
• Perform repetitive tasks with precision

Production Support Roles

• Use machine to take creases out of hats
• Unpacking garments
• Reclaiming screens

Apparel Prep Quality Inspection

• Remove extra thread from embroidered logos
• Fold, Bag, Inspect and Prepare items for packing
• No heavy lifting

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Team-oriented attitude
• Adaptability during upgrades and updates
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout shift

Pay & Perks 

• $13.00 – $18.00/hour (based on position)
