Training Schedule: Day Shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM)
2nd Shift (Mon–Thu, 3:30 PM–1:30 AM)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the screen-printing industry while working with cutting-edge equipment and a supportive team.

Your Role in the Hive: What You’ll Do

· Operate and maintain an automatic screen coating machine.

· Mix inks with precision to achieve exact color matches.

· Utilize direct-to-screen imaging technology to burn designs onto screens.

· Coordinate final screens for smooth, efficient production.

· Reclaim, clean, and maintain screens using an automatic screen washer.

· Maintain equipment and inventory in the screen room.

· Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

· Communicate with production teams to ensure timely workflow.

What It Takes to Succeed:

· Experience is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to see and understand color mixtures.

· Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

· Willingness to work with tools, ink, chemicals, and machinery.

· Good time management and communication skills.

· Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
