Quality Rent-A-Fence LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Yard & Load-Out Supervisor to oversee daily yard operations and morning truck preparation.

This position plays a key role in ensuring our installation crews are properly loaded, equipped, and dispatched each day.

Responsibilities:

Oversee morning truck loadouts

Pre-stage materials for scheduled jobs

Direct loading operations

Maintain organized yard and material storage

Track materials entering and leaving the yard

Identify inventory shortages and damaged materials

Coordinate daily with ownership on scheduling needs

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills

Construction, yard, or logistics experience preferred

Ability to direct others and maintain standards

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working outdoors year-round

Valid driver’s license

Part-time position (early morning start required)
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
